Burning sensation after ejaculation

Lasts for about half an hour and feels like I wanna piss constantly.
Used to get it once in a while but I seem to be suffering more frequently of late.
Anyone else had it?

A year or so ago a few times i got the most intense head pain after ejaculation, scary as fuck, even had an mri scan to check for bleeding on the brain, nothing found and I haven’t had it since, the human body is fucking strange!
FMC, you might have had your ball-gag on too tight?

Just to give a quick update, I’ve taken a course of Oxytetracycline tablets that I found indoors and it appears to be doing the trick.
